"Handcrafted" very good cuisine. Great dishes, some of which (laboriously) are put together in very small pieces. You can taste the effort. Perhaps the menu was a little lacking in the common thread in the sense of a clinging theme, but everything was delicious. This is certainly due to the fact that there has to be something for everyone (you can "deselect some courses"). The accompanying wines are well put together with a sensible and sometimes surprising selection. It's fun to get involved. The service is very friendly and attentive (but it has to be that way in this category). Of course, for some it may be strange if you are served in a restaurant in the € 150 pp category, but you can also wish it different. It was ok for us. So you had the feeling of sitting at the dining table with friends ... Also because the view of the kitchen was always free. Successful evening. We will be back.

Everything was fine. After the concert in the opera house (a feast for the ears) the culinary delight in the craft. Here we experienced an evening with excellent food and very friendly, competent service. We were thrilled, both the palate and especially the eyes were positively impressed. Many Thanks. It was a very nice evening. Not only was the food exquisite, the service was great. There was always time for a nice exchange with the staff. You feel very comfortable.

That was good. We would like to give it more than five stars. I think everything has already been said about the quality of the food. And really enjoyed the personal interaction. There was always time to have a little chat. I love quality, a relaxed atmosphere and professionalism.

Very tasty, but still room for improvement. The staff is very nice and also super attentive, but sometimes forgets orders or spilled wine several times on the table when pouring. Otherwise, the process is totally uncomplicated and not formally stiff, but more like visiting friends, whereby the size of the restaurant also contributes: small but nice. Had the 7 course meal and wine with it, so that you are with 150 € per person. The food itself is sometimes quite salty, the bread with a strong note of bread spices and a warm course rather lukewarm, but otherwise top notch and great combined. Always good for a surprise and taste explosion. And you get full too ... Hence a good four stars.

Very approachable, informal and friendly approach and greeting. Nice and competent staff. Excellent food, innovative and very tasty. Excellent wine accompaniment. Suitable and significantly better than in other comparable restaurants.

Not yet ready for the first division A very good kitchen, creations and originality are there. But can a pub afford mediocre service if it wants to play in the big league? The customer's showering, perhaps common in a cheap restaurant, not in an expensive restaurant, is just as inappropriate as cleaning the floor with strong-smelling cleaning agents while guests are still sitting and eating their dessert. The wines are weak in the recommended accompaniment and the dishes are sometimes too salty. But you can clearly see that the cook is creative and daring. The combination of the ingredients is surprising and the staging of the plate is an eye-catcher with every course. It's a good thing!

Just wow! There were two of us eating in handicrafts and were not that frequent when it came to fine dining. We were treated very well from the start, the service was good and the ladies were very friendly. The dishes were really delicious - each course and the greetings from the kitchen were a highlight. We will come back. :-)

Also in Hannover you can eat very well and delicious! The boys and girls in the craft understand their craft in any case! Creative cuisine and informal atmosphere! Casual fine dining, stop! The motto hits the mark! The craft is definitely worth a visit, if you like to eat and willing to pay for the experience also a certain amount of money. ?????

This place is exquisite! The plating is creative, innovative and imaginative. The combination of varying food groups and unique compositions make for a beautiful, memorable evening. The staff are superb, delightful and well educated on the ingredients and wine pairings. They also gladly accommodate for people with dietary preferences and allergies. The quality sits high above any usual "fine dining" found in the most parts of Germany, and as two foodies, we have long awaited an evening such as we had this evening. If you are familiar with Melbourne fine dining you will feel at home here. And lastly, the interior designer did a fabulous job, the finished interior serves as a last compliment to all the above! It's contemporary and includes stylish and quirky artwork paired with comfortable seating and an open kitchen to watch the masters at work! Thank you so so much! You're all brilliant! :)

After the opera we had a little appetite for something fine at a late hour. After a short telephone request for a free table, we had no luck at first. Totally surprised we got a call back after 10 minutes if we were still interested in a table as it had just become vacant and we then turned around by car and were totally happy. Incredibly accommodating. You immediately feel very comfortable, great team and we really enjoyed the food ... very delicious. The quality is top and the price is reasonable. We would like to come again...
